Spot Fat Loss – Truth or Fiction?
If you have ever gotten caught up watching one of those exercise infomercials that seem to be on 24 hours a day, then I am sure you have heard claims to:
- Lose tummy fat!
- Lose thigh fat!
- Lose arm fat!
- Lose chest fat!
Who out there does not want to do this? I know I sure do!
The problem is, these info-peeps are selling a fallacy. It is impossible to target a specific spot on the body and lose fat from just there. Fat loss is body-wide.

Lose Tummy Fat – 3 Easy Steps to Success (Step #3)
In the previous posts we talked about the first two steps in your plan to lose tummy fat. Step 1 is Set a Specific Goal and Step 2 is Change What You Eat. These two steps must be done prior to moving forward with the third step.
